📦 Return Process

    • Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup (where serviceable).
    • In non-serviceable pin codes, customers may need to ship the product back to our return address.
  3. Inspection & Refund
    • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.
    • On successful verification, your refund/replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days.

💰 Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (bank/UPI/wallet) within 7–10 working days after inspection.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI; customers need to provide account details.
  • Express/Standard Shipping Fees: Non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

🔄 Replacements

  • If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund for eligible cases.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition with packaging.
  • Dekor Delight is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, accidents, or improper installation.

  • After Dispatch:

💰 Refunds on Cancellations

  • Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bank/UPI/wallet) within 5–7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since no payment is made upfront, there will be no refund.
